Enjoy free shipping on all orders over 450 SEK - We offer standard shipping within Sweden, delivered by Postnord in 1-2 business days. A delivery notification will be sent via text message or email when your package is ready to be collected at your local delivery point. Download the Postnord app to easily track your order. 

RETURNS

You have 14 days to return your order after delivery. We only accept products in return that are unused and with tags attached. Products must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. Please ensure that all products being returned are securely packed into a slightly larger package to prevent damage to the product and original packaging. Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email confirming your refund. We will offer you a full refund (excluding return postage cost when applicable) for returned items, compliant with our return policy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or any gift cards. Return cost for all orders, 69 SEK, 10 EUR, 15 USD.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved we will automatically refund on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
